Eligibility Criteria
- Any Individual (on the website https://www.opgmobility.com or the OPG Mobility App - outside of the purchase journey) (hereinafter referred to as the "Referrer") who owns an Ferrato Two-wheeler successfully refers another natural person for purchasing an Ferrato Two-wheeler ("Referred")

The cashback will be determined based on every successful referral. For each successful retail purchase made using the referral code, both the Referrer (person who can share the code) and the Referred (person who used the code) will receive
₹1 000 each, instantly credited to their respective bank accounts. There is no limit on the number of referrals in a calendar month - The Referred person must complete the purchase process and also support the delivery of the Ferrato Two-wheeler with all formalities completed
- For participating in this program, you have to be 18 years of age or above and meet all the necessary legal compliances for owning an electric vehicle
- You confirm that you are an Indian Citizen presently residing in India
- The reward/s as may be associated with this campaign are non-transferrable
- The referrer is as per Ferrato's log details and the eligibility is determined by Ferrato under the present terms and conditions which may be modified in the sole discretion of Ferrato
- If the same person has been Referred by multiple people, the first person to have provided the details of the Referred shall be deemed to be eligible for the Award
- If there are any frauds detected or it comes to our knowledge that any referred person is not personally known to the referrer or any misrepresentation is detected, team Ferrato reserves the right to blacklist the referrer from participating in any future offers by Ferrato or its related companies
- The referrer will be eligible for the benefits only if the person who has been referred, orders the two-wheeler within 30 days starting from the date of referral
- The order date and time for referee should be post the referral date and time
- A referrer cannot put in his/her/their own alternate details as Referred, such purchases shall be ineligible for the award
- The referrer shall bear all applicable taxes
