Purpose

  • This warranty policy defines the warranty terms, conditions, coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures for lithium-ion batteries supplied to OEMs and end customers.
  • Warranty are important for customers because they ensure product quality and build trust.
  • Warranty: If the product has any manufacturing defect or technical issue, the company provides repair or replacement within a fixed period. This protects the customer from additional repair costs.

Important Warranty Guidelines

  • All the transaction shall be done on DMS only.
  • No back date Transactions are possible in the DMS.
  • It is very Important to Register the information on DMS on Real time basis to avoid inconvenience specially towards warranty claims.

Mandatory documents required for Warranty Claims processing:

  • Customer Invoice
  • Defective Part Photo with Serial No.
  • CDC Report for Battery claims
  • Periodic Free and Paid service record

Warranty Conditions

Warranty shall be applicable only when:

  • The Vehicle is used under recommended operating conditions.
  • Product serial number/barcode is readable and untampered.
  • Installation and handling guidelines are followed.
  • Warranty registration and supporting documents are available.
  • All the Free & Paid service should be done at authorised service station.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical damage, accident, abuse, mishandling, or negligence.
  • Water damage, fire, flood, or natural calamities.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
  • Damage caused by incorrect charger or electrical faults.
  • Normal wear and tear or capacity degradation due to aging.
  • Improper storage or transportation.
  • Usage beyond specified load and temperature limits.
  • If periodic Service skipped by customer.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Use only approved charger and accessories.
  • Avoid deep discharge, overcharging, and physical damage.
  • Follow battery usage and maintenance instructions.
  • Report issues immediately through authorized service channels.

Safety Instructions

  • Do not open, puncture, or disassemble the battery.
  • Keep away from fire and excessive heat.
  • Store in a cool and dry place.
  • Follow all transportation and handling guidelines for lithium batteries.
