OPG Mobility – Refund Policy

By placing a booking or order with OPG Mobility, You acknowledge and agree to the following Refund Policy.

1. Booking Confirmation

By making a booking through the OPG Mobility website, You confirm Your intention to purchase an OPG Mobility electric vehicle. The booking amount paid shall be adjusted against the final purchase price of the vehicle at the time of delivery.

A booking does not constitute a sale or guarantee immediate allotment or delivery of the vehicle. Vehicle availability, production schedules, and delivery timelines are subject to change.

2. Cancellation of Booking

You may request cancellation of Your booking before the vehicle is invoiced or delivered, subject to the terms communicated by OPG Mobility at the time of booking.

Once the vehicle has been invoiced, registered, or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted except as required under applicable law.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

• The booking is cancelled before vehicle allotment or invoicing.
• OPG Mobility is unable to allot or deliver the booked vehicle.
• The booking is cancelled by OPG Mobility due to product unavailability or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Any other refund approved by OPG Mobility after review.

Where applicable, the refund shall be processed in accordance with the booking terms and applicable laws.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

5. Taxes and Other Charges

The booking amount may not include applicable taxes, registration charges, insurance, accessories, logistics charges, or any other statutory or optional charges unless expressly stated. Such charges will be payable at the time of vehicle purchase, where applicable.

6. Product Availability

Vehicle specifications, features, colours, pricing, availability, and delivery schedules are subject to change without prior notice. OPG Mobility reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or delay any product or variant due to manufacturing, regulatory, supply chain, or other business requirements.

7. Modification of Policy

OPG Mobility reserves the right to amend, revise, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on the website shall be binding upon all users.
